**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will lead a group of estimators and collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure the successful execution of projects.

**Duties**
- Supervise and lead a team of estimators, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop project plans and timelines.
- Oversee project coordination from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of underground products and industry standards is a plus.
- Experience with process improvements, digital file management, and proficiency in Microsoft software suite is beneficial.

Pay: $60,000.00-$76,967.40 per year
