**Overview**

**Duties**
- Install pre-fabricated or custom-made home address signs at residential properties.
- Mount signs securely on walls, fences, posts, mailboxes, or other specified locations.
- Ensure proper alignment, level, and positioning for visibility and aesthetics.
- Assess the installation site for suitability.
- Prepare surfaces as needed (e.g., cleaning, drilling, anchoring).
- Mark and measure to ensure correct placement.
- Communicate with homeowners to confirm placement preferences and answer questions.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on-site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely (e.g., drills, drivers, levels, ladders).
- Handle installation materials and hardware appropriately.
- Complete basic installation reports or photos for record-keeping.
- Report any issues, damages, or site concerns to the supervisor or office.
- Travel to various residential job sites as scheduled.
- Manage time effectively to complete multiple installations per day when required.
- Follow all health and safety protocols.
- Use proper PPE (personal protective equipment) as required.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in basic construction, signage installation, handyman work, or similar is preferred.
- Ability to use hand and power tools confidently.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders.
- Able to stand, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks as required.
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 20 per week
