Pantages Hotel is currently recruiting for a **Breakfast Server** to work in our restaurant The primary responsibilities of the role include making sure our guests and customers have a wonderful breakfast experience and leave ready for their day

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests, communicate the menu and daily specials, offer suggestions and ensure an overall relaxed and fun breakfast experience.
- Submit order to the Culinary team, ensuring accurate and clear information that translates to a seamless experience for everyone involved.
- Do quality checks with each table ensuring the customer is happy or following through with any requests.
- Accurately punch in orders and issue billing, answering questions as needed.
- Clear the tables and ensure everything is set for the next customer.
- It’s breakfast service, so keep the coffee topped up and the conversation light.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.

**What we are looking for...**
- Serving experience in a busy environment is an asset.
- Excellent communication and positive attitude.
- Proven customer service skills and resolving customer concerns.
- Strong organization skills and a proficient multi-tasker.
- Must have a Valid Food Handlers Certificate.
- Must be available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
