En tant que directeur général, vous êtes responsable de diriger votre équipe afin d'obtenir un plan d'affaires rentable pour votre magasin. Vous veillez à l'atteinte de tous les principaux indicateurs de rendement par votre magasin, ainsi qu'à atteindre ou surpasser les objectifs établis pour le magasin. Vous êtes le lien entre la vision de la marque et son expression en magasin. Vous êtes responsable de stimuler la croissance des ventes et de la rentabilité par l'entremise de tous les aspects de l'exploitation du magasin, notamment : l'exploitation des produits, les activités relatives à la clientèle, le marchandisage et le perfectionnement du personnel. En tant que directeur général, vous formerez et encadrerez l'équipe du magasin pour qu'elle offre une expérience en magasin hors pair à notre clientèle.
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES - Analyse les résultats, détermine les points à améliorer et prend des décisions en collaboration avec l'équipe de direction pour stimuler les indicateurs de rendement clés. - Stimule la rentabilité des ventes grâce aux prévisions et à la programmation optimale de l'horaire. - Gère le budget de l'exploitation quotidienne du magasin dans le respect des objectifs de pertes et de profits. - Constitue des équipes à haut rendement grâce à l'analyse, la sélection et le perfectionnement des employés. - Assume la responsabilité du rendement de l'équipe grâce à l'encadrement et aux échanges. - Enseigne et forme les employés afin de renforcer les capacités. - Dirige la mise en œuvre et l'exécution de toutes les procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP) et initiatives. - Suscite un lieu de travail inclusif. - Met en œuvre des plans d'action pour maximiser l'efficience et la productivité. - Effectue les tâches de responsable du service. - Représente la marque et comprend la concurrence. - Fait la promotion de l'engagement
As the General Manager, you’ll lead a team to deliver a profitable store business plan. You’re responsible for bringing the brand to life for our customers and ensuring our store achieves all key metrics and is meeting or exceeding goals. You’ll drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store including; customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. As the General Manager, you’ll inspire and coach your store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **Analyze results, identify opportunities and makes decisions in collaboration with the leadership team to drive key performance indicators. ** Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling. **Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the Profit & Loss Statement. ** Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people through coaching and feedback. **Teach and train to build capabilities and hold team accountable for performance. ** Lead the implementation and execution of all standard operating procedures and initiatives. **Create an inclusive and positive working environment. ** Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity. **Perform Service Leader duties. ** Represent the brand and understand the competitive landscape. **Promote community involvement. ** Leverage an omni-channel approach to deliver a frictionless customer experience **Ensure all compliance standards are met**
