The Byng Group is a leading interior renovation general contractor with more than 50 years' experience and a team of over 500, specializing in high rise rental properties.

We are looking for Licensed Plumbers to perform rough and finished plumbing work, as well as maintenance in high-rise residential apartment buildings throughout the London Area.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete plumbing in vacant and occupied apartments (typically 1, 2 and 3 bedroom)
- Pick up work order and material each morning at our warehouse
- Ability to follow detailed established procedures and methods to perform job duties

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be licensed and experienced, minimum 3-5 years in multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties (i.e. Branch Lines, Rough ins, valve replacement, bathtub replacement, drain mods, sink installations etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Mechanical aptitude, able to operate all necessary tools and equipment
- Must have own tools
- Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driver’s Abstract
