**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing staff and providing guidance as needed_
- Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process_
- Supervise cashiers and ensure accurate cash handling procedures_
- Oversee pricing strategies and monitor sales performance_
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management_
- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing_
- Support in developing marketing initiatives to drive business growth_

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment_
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team_
- Proficiency in sales techniques and market trends_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities_
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
