**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- A college diploma/ CEGEP
- hire, train and supervise staff
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- plan and control budget and inventory, Handle payroll processing and manage employee records in compliance with company policies.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of products and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new clients.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experience as a nail technician
- Expertise in gel sculpture and nail techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of payroll processes and employee management is highly desirable.
- A passion for beauty services and an understanding of current trends in the industry.

**Prefferred requirements**
- Proven experience in management within the beauty industry at least 2 years
- university degree in management (Leadership, MBA, or related field)

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
