- Education: Post secondary diploma or degree in business administration, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2-3 years of related work experience.
- Proven success working independently and as part of team to accomplish organizational goals.
- Self-starter driven to achieve milestones and goals.
- Exceptional planning and time management skills to achieve objectives or complete projects.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple deadlines and deliverables; high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills; energetic and results-oriented; works well in a team environment.
Proficient to expert knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Access, and Adobe Acrobat, with a strong aptitude for learning new software.
- All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Monitor and Report:
- Adherence to registered process and best practices.
- Safety compliance audits of lock out tag out, daily planning sessions, toolbox talks, start safe and fire system impairment reporting.
- Daily task compliance for department personnel.
- Regulatory certificate and license renewals.
- Process compliance and communications.
- Process Champion for the Process Library documentation carrying out process audits and leading change plan as required.
- Safety:
- Develop and maintain dashboard for all maintenance related safety KPI’s.
- Daily Operations:
- Update and posting of all department KPI dashboards.
- Regulatory:
- Develop and maintain dashboard for all current certifications and licenses.
