**What will you do?**
- Perform general maintenance tasks that may include: millwork (countertops), minor plumbing, repair/install doors, install windows, interior painting, drywall repairs and other similar duties.
- Assist with building operations functions as required
- Assist with landscaping responsibilities
- Respond immediately to service requests and emergencies that address client and building related issues
- Manage vendors/contractor for specialized work
- Reports filling both hard copies and digital (PowerApps - Office 365)
- Full understanding of Building Operations: HVAC, Building Envelope, Utilities, Life and Safety
**NOTE: This is a part time position of 20 hours a week and areas of coverage will include but not limited to Castor, Killam, Sedgewick, Wetaskiwin, Penhold, Coronation, Vermillion, Lamont, Tofield and Provost.**
**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum of two three years previous experience considered an asset
- Completed Grade 12 education
- Clean Driver's abstract required
- Able to use basic power tools and complete basic building maintenance
- Basic command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Exceptional skills in communications, organizational, interpersonal and time management
- Plumbing knowledge would be considered an asset
- Proven experience in exercising good judgement under pressure
- Physically fit, able to stand, crouch, and kneel for long periods of time an lift in excess of 25 kilograms
- Carpentry/Construction skills considered an asset
- Strong customer care and communication skill
