**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assess client requirements and develop customized technical solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on software, hardware, and IT infrastructure to optimize client operations.
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and deliver high-quality results.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, training sessions, and documentation for clients on new technologies and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and ongoing support.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or in a similar role within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, systems integration, and IT project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Proficient in various programming languages and technologies relevant to the industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
