Disassembly of complex components
- Removal of bearings, bushings, fittings using hydraulic machines and precision hand tools, many of which we must produce in-house on the fly
- Stripping of chome plating and paint
- Complex dimensional inspection of components for wear limits
- Re-work of components if tolerances are not in limits, or corrosion is found
- Fabrication and installation of new bushings and bearings
- Repainting

We frequently subcontract parts of the above work to other local shops, in which case you must supervise and monitor.

**Requirements**:

- A certificate or degree from a recognized vocational program is preferred;
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test are required;
- We prefer that you have experience in one or more of the following areas: CNC Machining, CNC Feeding, Milling, Drilling, Tool Grinding, Steel Fabrication, or Tool Steel Production.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
