We are looking to hire a **Marketing and Customer Support Coordinator **to support our financial planning practice.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1) Marketing Coordination
- Handling and managing various marketing services providers, advertising agencies (e.g., Radio), social medias agencies/partners, charity organizations, etc. to provide timely and good quality services
- Planning and monitoring overall marketing contracts and plan
- Planning and managing all marketing activities including but not limited to meeting with related parties, propose and follow timelines, posting on social media on time and with measurable effectiveness
- Creating and following up engaging content for social media including posts, videos, and stories in various marketing channels
- Preparing and organizing seminar marketing materials in a systematic and organized way, including videos, publications, presentations, etc.
- Attracting new followers to our community with the end goal being our followers become our clients and strongest advocates (i.e., authentic brand ambassadors)
- Creating marketing strategies for prospecting high-net-worth clients and professionals
- Building up and maintaining company's branding e.g., update company website and related social media channels
- Supporting sales department and business transactions and reports with customers to drive efficient sales operations
2) Event Management
- Planning and arranging the company events calendar
- Coordinate events with various related parties, monitor and report the progress
- Monitor the event budget and overall coordination
3) Customers/Clients support
- Support financial advisors to handle client’s queries and matters
- Provide all administrative support on client’s portfolio (potential and existing clients)
- Support financial advisors to prepare client’s folders
4) Carrying out ad-hoc duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in business or communications is preferred. Minimum of two years of related experience in marketing.
- Experience working in a similar role within a marketing team in a similar organization
- Demonstrated experience in design and graphics production; proficiency with Adobe Creative software, Hootsuite, WordPress, Google AdWords and more is an asset.
- Good understanding of social media and in-tune with social trends with the ability to capitalize on those opportunities
- Prior experience using social media for branding and marketing a plus
- Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders and external vendors.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing/coordinating traditional and digital markets assets and website content.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal communication and copy writing skills in Cantonese (Traditional Chinese) and English
