We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated **Daytime Janitor** to join our team at a set of condominium buildings. In this role, you’ll work alongside an onsite caretaker to help keep the property clean, safe, and inviting for residents.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and amenity spaces
- Sanitize washrooms and shared facilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust common areas
- Empty garbage and recycling bins
- Support the caretaker with general upkeep and light maintenance tasks
- Notice and report any issues that require attention

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous janitorial or facility cleaning experience (residential/condo experience an asset)
- Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of cleaning tools, equipment, and safety practices

**Schedule**:

- Full-time, weekday daytime hours 8:00am-4:30pm
