We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, Global Operations and working closely with the finance team, management and executive teams this role is responsible for providing financial analysis to support decision-making and measurement of company performance against strategic priorities in a fast-paced and agile business environment.

**What you will do**:

- Global budget development / forecasting
- Financial and management reporting (consolidated and non-consolidated results)
- Assist in the development and implementation of benchmarks / key performance indicators
- Identify relevant trends in data and present results / recommendations to management
- Inventory review and management

**What you need to succeed**:

- University degree and recognized accounting designation
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Clear understanding of inventory costing & controls
- Experience with cash flow forecasting is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, nested if-statements, sumifs, etc)
- Experience with MS Dynamics AX, Power BI and multi-language skills are an asset
