**Personal Support Worker Lead/ Training and Recruiting Position**

Full time position; Hourly wage (TBD at interview) and benefits after 3 months, monthly bonus.

This position is best suited for a PSW who is looking to expand their experiences.

Working with Seniors in the community, and in their private homes

Supporting Seniors and Providing them with assistance with activities of daily living

Training and Supervising PSW’s.

Client Reassessments

Staffing: Recruit, Hire, and retain enough quality staff to support business growth goals.

Recruiting Activities: Create a recruiting plan and conduct weekly recruiting activities

Orientation and Training:Schedule, conduct,and track completion of appropriate training courses for employees.

On call support 1 night/week and 1 weekend a month.

**Requirements**:

- Medical background
- PSW/SSW/DSW experience
- Experience in an Administrative/Office role.
- Customer Service experience
- Must drive and have own vehicle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to successfully multi-task/team player
- Excellent computer literacy/time management skills
- Attention to detail/Problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Outgoing & positive personality.
- Adaptability & flexibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Orangeville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
