**Compensation**: $25 base + $2 WEG + $1 PRIME Split Shift = $28 total

**Bonus**: $1,000 sign on bonus ($500 after probation period is complete, $500 after 1 year of service)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement inclusive, engaging educational programs tailored to children’s needs.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive atmosphere for all children, including those with exceptionalities.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to promote holistic child development.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and individualized support.
- Facilitate activities that promote social interaction, creativity, and learning.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment conducive to learning and play.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
