Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and food items. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare food items, such as sandwiches and pastries, according to established recipes
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained in the work area
- Follow proper food safety procedures when handling and storing food products
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee shop

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with cashiering is a plus
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic food safety guidelines is desired
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.30-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
