We are seeking for a Warehouse Manager. If you are interested, please send us your resume. Below are the job requirements:

- Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods
- Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting goods; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Motivate, organise and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
- Coordinate the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary
- Regularly communicate with distributors, suppliers, employees and head office to ensure quality and delivery standards are upheld.
- Monitor departmental performance against goals to ensure that progress is being made, and that corrective action is taken if necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be certified and experienced in operating a forklift
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
