Part Time Sales/marketing/management Position for

Red Deer, Canada Care Cottages Inc. Full time

This is an in-person position that would require on site support at our Red Deere office. Hours may vary slightly depending on events, current work load and seasonal demand or client onboarding.

This is a part-time position to start with potential for full-time for the right person if needed.

**Duties (included but not be limited to)**:

- Managing site specific maintenance and upkeep
- Decorating seasonally
- Organizing customer calls
- Showings and new client intakes
- Interacting and updating families regarding progress or concerns
- Keeping customers and family members happy with updates; Sending regular pictures and client updates
- Scheduling time with the LPN or Doctor
- Managing website and social media accounts
- Supplying a monthly newsletter for both Willow and Harmony Cottages
- Providing new building updates on the new Cottages
- Updating website with new pics
- Inputting data into new internal software
- Sending out survey monkey surveys
- Preparing promotional products and gifts
- Tracking internal information on new staff
- Manage and monitor regular staff meetings and occasional staffing schedules

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- High school education
- Demonstrated skills and work experience in leadership, communication, teamwork, concern resolution process, and customer service
- Strong organizational and computer skills, ability to problem solve through critical thinking and self-education, and demonstrated knowledge and commitment to person-centered care
- Demonstrated skills in customer relationship, PR and marketing
- Awareness of accident and injury prevention, hazard identification and control; adherence to safe work practices and procedures is essential in this position
