- Check work progress
- Review designated work and ensure quality inspection forms are completed;
- Organize shop work schedule to ensure maximum productivity
- Ensure production deadlines are met and performance targets achieved
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of shop machines and equipment
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order
- Ensure that work teams have the right equipment and consumables to carry out their work efficiently and productively
- Participate in HR tasks such as
Planning employee training
- Technician hiring
- Technician evaluation
- All other related tasks
