We are seeking an enthusiastic customer-focused Systems Administrator.

**THE POSITION**

Coupling your desire to learn with direction and support from senior members of the team, you will be propelled forward in your career.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Problem solve around obscure technologies and complex issues
- Collaborating with the team to determine best path forward when dealing with unusual issues
- Adhere to support policies, processes, and procedures
- Audit and maintain an accurate hardware inventory of assets managed by the company
- On call rotation as required

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**
- Degree or college diploma in information technology
- Client-focused with a positive, service-oriented attitude
- Windows experience required
- In your cover letter include your favourite oss project and explain why
- Knowledge of Linux, Cisco, VMWare, Hyper-V, Veeam, cloud technologies
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required along with ability to travel throughout southern Ontario

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Most employees are currently working from home. However with Managed Services onsite work is required. We estimate 40% to 60% of your time will be working from home.
