Project Manager/estimator

Since 1988, Brick & Co Restorations have specialized in repairing, restoring, preserving and protecting properties in communities across Southern Ontario. We are currently adding an Entry Level Project Manager to our growing team.

Primary job functions will involve
- Quoting/estimating
- Submitting tenders
- Liaising with clients, property managers and engineers
- Attending construction tender meetings
- Crew oversight
- Scheduling of sub-trades, ordering equipment, and coordinating material deliveries
- Manage documentation during construction progress to include shop drawings, schedules, site instructions, change orders, permits etc.
- Managing the entire project including scope, overall budget and job flow.
Core Competencies
- Understanding of building science
- Detail orientated
- Exceptional communication oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the tendering process
