**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**: Oversee and manage all aspects of irrigation projects, including planning, execution, and completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- **Team Management**: Lead and mentor a diverse team of irrigation technicians and workers. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- **System Design and Implementation**: Supervise the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems that align with sustainable water use practices and meet client requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and enforce best practices and quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of work and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- **Field Documentation**: Complete and manage all necessary field paperwork, including daily reports, project documentation, and maintenance records.
- **Client Relations**: Interact with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project status, and address any concerns or changes.
- **Project Organization**: Coordinate resources, schedule tasks, and ensure efficient workflow to meet production targets and project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial irrigation foreman or in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in managing large-scale irrigation projects.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven experience in leading and managing a diverse team, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- **Technical Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of irrigation systems, stormwater management, and sustainable water use practices.
- **Project Management**: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards.
- **Documentation**: Experience in completing and managing field paperwork and project documentation accurately and efficiently.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

- HDPE Fusing: 5 years (required)
- equipment operation: 5 years (preferred)
- commercial irrigation installation: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
