**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Personal Lines Insurance Advisor** to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, client-facing role where you’ll help individuals and families find tailored insurance solutions, manage policies, and build lasting relationships.

**What You’ll Do**
- Advise clients on home, condo, tenant, auto, and travel insurance policies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into loyal clients.
- Provide personalized quotes and recommend coverage options.
- Review and update existing policies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Deliver exceptional service for client inquiries, billing, and claims.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with your team to foster a positive and high-performance branch culture.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **BC General Insurance Level 2 License** (required).
- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in Personal Lines Insurance.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and markets.
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and professional.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and brokerage management systems.
- **Bonus**: Professional designations like CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM.
