**BIM Modeler/Drafter**
- Develop 2D and 3D models in Autodesk’s Revit for the GRD product line.
- Interpret product drawings.
- Develop Revit models for custom Revit requests to support the sales and Application team.
- Collaborate with Application Engineering team and Software team on various projects.
- Other projects as required.
- Knowledge of drafting standards for MEP.
- Certificate or diploma in Architectural/Engineering/Drafting program is an asset.
- Experience in Revit is preferred.
- HVAC Industry experience is an asset.
- Experience developing HVAC Revit families is a large asset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Process driven, self-motivated and demonstrates the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timeline-dependent deliverables.
