**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead **group Pilates classes** and **private sessions** on the **Reformer**, balancing strength, flexibility, and rehabilitation.
- Create **dynamic, engaging sessions** tailored to client needs, adapting on the spot for group or private sessions.
- Develop **customized Pilates programs** for individual clients, focusing on rehabilitation and injury recovery.
- Foster a **positive, inclusive atmosphere**, supporting client motivation and confidence.
- Ensure smooth **class operations**, including time management and a clean, organized studio.
- Lead **workshops or special classes** to enhance client experience and community engagement.
**Qualifications**
- **Pilates Certification**: Reformer certification from a recognized organization (preferably Balance Body Pilates).
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including both group classes and private sessions.
- **Client Relationship**: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage clients of diverse backgrounds.
- **Teaching Style**: Passionate about Pilates and able to teach in an engaging, supportive manner.
- **Leadership**: Experience in leadership roles or studio management.
- **Client Growth**: Ability to respond to inquiries and convert leads into clients.
- **Versatility**: Comfortable working with clients of all levels, including those with injuries or special needs.
- **Studio Organization**: Commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming studio.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $50.00-$150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
