- **Your duties**:

- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
- High-level cleaning
- Follow company procedures for cleaning, safety and customer service
- Use company tools and products to ensure high level cleaning is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Exercise judgement and discretion when in the presence of sensitive client information

**Position Requirements**
- Police Clearance Background check;
- Ability to communicate with clients and supervisors orally and through written text in order to fulfill client needs;
- Must possess strong attention to detail in order to thoroughly clean facilities;
- Ability to stay motivated when completing daily tasks;
- A demonstrated commitment to enhancing a safety culture;
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with mínimal supervision
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Manage low voltage systems including security, fire alarms, and telecommunications infrastructure..

**Skills**
- Strong ability to maintain building systems and equipment efficiently.
- Proficient in fabricating solutions for various maintenance needs.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team management and development.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to building systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting logic controllers and other equipment issue

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
