The Blue Mountains, Canada Mountainview Property Management Full time

**Duties and responsibilities**

*Creating the staff schedule, and cleaning schedule

*Recruit, hire and train new housekeeping associates as required

*Quality control, making sure all cleans are held to the company’s high standard of cleanliness.

*Report damages and/or any items that may need maintenance or cleaning attention in the units. Making sure maintenance items are followed through and completed in a timely manner,

*Delegate tasks accordingly before, during and after cleans

*Keep crews on schedule

*Ensuring the vehicles are stocked appropriately for the day

**Requirements**:
**must have class G license, with a clean drivers abstract

*3-5 years experience in a management role

*3-5 years experience with hands on cleaning in the hospitality industry

*Self motivator that can work independently and as a team member

Wage will be salary based.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
