18 years of age or older
- Satisfactory Police Information Check
- High school diploma or high school equivalency

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer over-the-phone inquiries, greet customers and offer customer services to clients
- Identify services required and determine whether accredited to provide required service
- Provide information, establish customers' eligibility, examine customers' documents
- Verify identities of customers, assess customers' behaviors and character
- Print requested products, review products with customers and obtain signatures
- Check work, deliver products, access appropriate databases and navigate in databases
- Access procedural guides/links, maintain data integrity and locate correct forms and inventory
- Issue products and finalize processes
- Store documents and information securely
- Protect individual identification and passwords
- Adhere to employee and agent codes of conduct
- Secure physical work-spaces and inventory
- Follow paper/document management protocols
- Follow policies and procedures for each service, explain procedures to customers advise customers
- Speak, read, write and understand English
- Handle payments
- Demonstrate good communication skills, manage time well
- Present self as professional and friendly to customer and co-workers
- Be able to work as a team member
- Pay attention to detail and work well under pressure
