**Responsibilities**

  • Lead and run multiple projects of varying complexity and size.
  • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and budgets in consultation with partners.
  • Develop project plans and run project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and partners.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Identify, handle and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure project artifact meet quality standards and match to project specifications.
  • Handle project changes and ensure project scope is optimally run.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.

This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy, Transformation & Analytics and will drive excellence in project delivery. It is intended to drive an outstanding implementation of Talent Acquisition tools and processes.

**What we are looking for**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Engineering, IT) is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  • Shown experience handling sophisticated projects, with solid track record to run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and social skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shown ability to influence and lead project teams to meet project objectives.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization is an asset.
