Bottega Pizzeria is looking for a passionate and talented Pizzaiolo with experience in wood burning oven and Neapolitan style pizza to join their team.

The pizzaiolo, will share our vision of serving quality pizzas and provide guests with a memorable dining experience.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare authentic handmade Neapolitan pizza using the wood burning oven.
- Prepare ingredients for pizzas
- Follow recipes, portion control and presentation as set by Bottega Pizzeria
- Assist in food inventory and control while properly receiving and storing delivered items
- Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere and food safety guidelines
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required

**Qualifications**
- 1 year experience in a similar position as a Pizzaiolo
- Experience with food preparation and food handling
- Ability to follow recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to co-operate and work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
