We’re looking for an ambitious and hard-working professional to join our Cultivation Team as Cultivation Supervisor, Propagation.

**As Cultivation Supervisor, Propagation you will be responsible for.**
- The propagation processes and early growth stages of cannabis plants within a cultivation facility. This role involves supervising a team, ensuring proper care, monitoring plant health, and maintaining optimal conditions to facilitate successful propagation.
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Supervisory Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead a team responsible for propagation activities, providing guidance and support.
- Assign tasks, schedule work shifts, and oversee daily operations within the propagation area.
- **Propagation Management**:

- Oversee the propagation of cannabis plants through cloning, cuttings, or other propagation methods.
- Monitor and maintain proper environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity, and lighting, for successful propagation.
- **Plant Care and Maintenance**:

- Monitor plant health, growth, and rooting stages, taking necessary actions to maintain optimal conditions.
- Direct and oversee watering, feeding, and care protocols during the early growth stages.
- **Quality Control and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with propagation protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to set procedures and standards.
- **Record-Keeping and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of propagation activities, inventory, plant health, and treatments applied.
- Ensure documentation compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.

**Accountabilities**:

- Supervision and direction of propagation activities to ensure successful early growth stages of cannabis plants.
- Maintenance of accurate records, compliance with propagation protocols, and adherence to quality standards.
- Leadership and support to the propagation team, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- In-depth understanding of plant propagation techniques, particularly in the early growth stages.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage and motivate a propagation team.
- Ability to monitor and adjust environmental factors to optimize plant rooting and growth.
- Proficient in record-keeping, documentation, and compliance with regulations.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or related field; or equivalent experience and certifications.
- 3+ years of experience in cannabis cultivation, with specific experience in plant propagation.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience in a cultivation environment is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of propagation techniques, compliance regulations, and quality control practices in cannabis cultivation.
