**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Ensure coordination across different manufacturing sites for schedule scenarios and releases.
- Improve and standardize the deliverables of Master Plans for all plants.
- Establish, coordinate, and prepare weekly and monthly reviews concerning the master plans of different sites.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of key special projects.
- Participate in the governance of production units.
- Support and/or participate in improvement project mandates within your sectors.

**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience**:

- You have accumulated at least 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry or other complex product industries, ideally in production planning or industrial engineering.
- You demonstrate skills in leadership, communication, and influence.
- You have a synthetic mind and are comfortable presenting to senior management.
- You are dynamic, sociable, and enjoy working in a team.
- You show patience, perseverance, and curiosity.
- You have proven your ability to improve business process efficiency using technology and process improvement methodologies.
- You are an expert in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, and have general IT knowledge.
