**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to carry out interior wood framing.
- Perform flooring installation, including hardwood, laminate, and tile.
- installation of interior doors, trims and baseboard. General carpentry work.
- Utilize power tools effectively for various renovation projects.
- Skills in drywall installation, taping and mudding.
- Lay tiles with precision and care for aesthetic appeal and durability.
- Carry out construction painting tasks, ensuring a professional finish.
- Plumb fixtures and appliances as required for renovations.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and layouts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in renovation or related construction fields.
- Proficiency in flooring installation techniques.
- Strong skills in caulking, electrical work, power tools usage, tile laying, construction painting, plumbing, building, restoring, and blueprint reading.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
