**Role Description**
We are seeking a part-time, on-site **Sales Associate** to join the team at **Melanie x Boutiques** in Montreal, QC. As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and interact with customers to understand their needs
- Provide product recommendations and information
- Promote sales and in-store promotions
- Ensure an excellent shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service
- Handle transactions using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment

**Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Experience in retail or sales
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of fashion trends and products
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment**Description du poste**
Nous recherchons un(e) **Associé(e) de vente** à temps partiel pour travailler sur site chez **Melanie x Boutiques** à Montréal, QC. En tant qu'Associé(e) de vente, vous serez chargé(e) d'accueillir les clients, de les aider à trouver des produits, de promouvoir les ventes et de leur offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.

**Responsabilités**
- Accueillir et interagir avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins
- Offrir des recommandations et des informations sur les produits
- Promouvoir les ventes et les promotions en magasin
- Assurer une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle grâce à un excellent service à la clientèle
- Effectuer des transactions à l'aide du système de point de vente
- Maintenir un environnement de magasin propre et visuellement attrayant

**Qualifications**
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et en communication
- Bilingue (français et anglais)
- Expérience en vente au détail ou dans un rôle similaire
- Attitude centrée sur le client avec une approche positive
- Capacité à bien travailler en équipe
- Connaissance des tendances de la mode et des produits
- Expérience avec les systèmes de point de vente
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique
