Renovation Specialist

We are looking for someone that enjoys working as part of a highly focussed team with high standards of quality. We are an established renovation and general contracting firm in St. Albert. Jobs we do range from bathroom renovations, to full basements and additions.

We are currently hiring for a position of _Renovation Specialist_.

**This person has the following attributes**:

- is competent in current building codes and practices
- has 3-5 years of experience with hand tools and power tools in renovations or finish carpentry
- is able to work diligently and focused in an independent fashion
- is able to easily switch tasks
- is able to prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines
- some basic tools such as cordless drill/impact, tool belt, hammer, measureing tape, etc.
- has reliable transportation to get to and from job-sites each day, a van is preferred so materials can be picked up if needed
- cell phone
- has a valid drivers license and insurance
- is legally able to work in Canada
- read, write, and speak, in English
- CSA approved safety shoes
- PPE as required for the task at hand (eg. gloves, safety glasses, etc.)
- has a clear background check and is bondable

**We are offering**:

- 32 to 40 hours per week
- $32.50-$36.50 per hour
- 3 weeks vacation pay

- all work done within local driving area of Edmonton/St. Albert
- home every day at a reasonable time to spend with your family
