**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using Cleardent and electronic medical records systems.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and address patient concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Process patient information and insurance claims efficiently.
- Assist in managing the flow of patients within the office to optimize scheduling.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean front desk area.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Cleardent software systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with Epic and electronic medical records is a plus.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dental practices.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively while providing excellent customer service.

Pay: $22.00-$34.00 per hour
