International FMCG PZ Cussons currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance/Accounting Graduate, commercially minded with an interest in FMCG and Supply functions.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive team player to own the tax/audit co-ordination and provide finance business partnering and accounting support to parts of the Supply Chain function.

The key focus of the role is:

- Finacial planning and analysis including monthly reporting
- Supporting tax accounting completion and co-ordination
- Supporting and coordinating Internal and external audit
- Monthly/Quarterly tax submissions
- Monthly NWC review and forecast
- Quarterly ABS survey, GST review
- Half yearly payment times reporting
- Annual FBT, NZ Customs, WHT, R&D lodgement
- BPC & SAP Super user
- Monthly Overheads review and forecast
- Tracking and monitoring freight variances on international inbound freight from third party providers
- Monthly checking of freight model for provision position, quarterly actualization of blended freight rate
- Fielding ad hoc freight related queries from commercial team
- Intercompany sales to NZ price maintenance & margin correction

Qualifications and experience
- Degree in finance or accounting (essential)
- CPA/ICA professional qualification or near completion
- 2+ years’ experience in audit/tax
- Experience in FMCG preferable but not essential
- Working in a SAP environment and BI reporting highly desirable
- Advanced Excel skills highly desirable
