**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, cleanse, and update large sets of data related to subscription management
- Review and maintenance of complex customer billing records to ensure consistency across multiple facilities within customer organizations
- Investigate billing discrepancies and determine root causes to help improve current processes

Summarize and combine data pulled from various sources (SFDC and NSL) into a single report
- Assist with the review of customer MSAs to ensure completeness and compliance with current terms and conditions
- Provide support to team members assisting in the re-contracting of customer contracts
- Work through multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize on the requirements of each
- Plan, execute and deliver results in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide regular status updates to Sr. Manager, Revenue Assurance
- Ad hoc reporting and projects as required

**Education and Required Experience**:

- University or College degree
- 2 years prior experience in Finance
- Detail oriented focused on delivering accurate results
- Proficient in excel
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in a timely manner
- Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Good team player with ability to deliver on commitments
