**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- To establish timely and accurate controls and posting of transactions including rent roll, payment of rents and security deposits received
- To communicate with tenants to collect on outstanding rent arrears
- To prepare arrear and eviction notices
- Bank deposit, EFT and cash handling
- Account reconciliations
- Data entry and posting of transactions
- Document filing & general office duties
- To provide administrative supports to the office operation and other related property management and accounting duties as required.

**Required Skills**:

- Graduate with minimum 2-year accounting diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of general accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional business environment.
- Knowledge of property management accounting software is desirable.
- Knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancy Act is desirable.
- Result oriented with a high level of integrity and dependability.
- Excellent client relationship building skills with a strong focus on exemplary customer service.
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, problem-solving and people skills.
