Location - Guelph, ON

Job Type - Full-Time (minimum 30 hours)

Hourly wage - $18.50 - $19.50/hr (based on experience)

**About the Role**:
We're searching for a **dedicated and driven Team Lead**who is passionate about running energized, well organized shifts, and genuinely enjoys creating a positive environment for the team and our guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can think on their feet, and values team work and accountability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the FOH/BOH teams during your shift
- Ensure quality, speed and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Run the shift efficiently and proactively solves problems as they arise
- Train, motivate, and guide team members
- Communicate clearly with management and staff
- Uphold company policies and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Take initiative and make thoughtful decisions that benefit the team and the business

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership or supervisory role in food service or hospitality
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Solution-oriented mindset - always looking for what's best for the team and company
- ** Availability for full-time hours including weekends**:

- Willingness to grow with us long-term

**Nice to have**:

- Willingness to relocate to different city is a plus
- Interest in being part of an ambitious, growing brand
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen set up
- Basic understanding of inventory, sales and labour costs and what it means to help a shift hit KPIs
