**Job Title: Bakery & Café Clerk**

**Location**: Sweet Obsession Bakery & Café

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the baker with cake preparation and design, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Operate as a barista, preparing coffee drinks to perfection using an espresso machine.
- Manage the front of house by delivering exceptional customer service with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Oversee daily operations, including greeting customers, taking orders, and providing an excellent dining experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the café, including regular cleaning and restocking.
- Manage inventory levels and communicate with the owner and team to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotional events to drive sales.

**Qualifications**:

- At least one year of previous experience in a bakery, café, or similar customer service role.
- Previous experience with espresso machines and creating high-quality coffee drinks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in operating an espresso machine is a plus.
