**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable Service Technician who will perform on-site cleaning services. In addition to executing top-notch cleaning, you will also play a role in upselling additional services when opportunities arise which you will receive commission from. This position is field-based and requires you to transport our compact window cleaning equipment in your own car, truck, van, or SUV. Heavy washing equipment will be transported by management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrive at residential sites and complete scheduled cleaning services including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, etc.
- Set up and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide clients with clear service information and upsell add-on services when appropriate
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
- Communicate any issues or feedback from the job site to management
- Ensure that all equipment (e.g., water fed poles, hoses, and tanks) is transported and stored safely

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Hourly wage: $25/hour + tips
- Daily Bonus: Receive a $50 daily bonus based on job completion and service quality
- 25% commission on all upsells

**Skills & Job Requirements**:

- Must have your own car that is large enough to transport a 7ft water fed pole, and 3ft water tank, and a 24ft ladder
- Previous experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing is an asset but not necessary
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance
