**In this**role, you**will**:

- Collaborate with key collaborators to gather, document, and validate business requirements related to Guidewire Policy Center.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and enhancement of the policy management system.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the design and implementation of solutions that demonstrate Guidewire Policy Center features effectively.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

**What** **you’ll** **need to succeed (required** **skills)**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Guidewire Cloud ACE Certification is a must.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in the insurance industry, specifically with Guidewire Policy Center.
- Experience in Canadian Personal Line Insurance industry domain.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
