**What you’ll do**:

- First point of contact for all of the tour companies and guests that depart and arrive on the free shuttle at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park and Canada Place.
- Working onsite at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park and Canada Place the Shuttle Ambassador will be responsible for: guest loading & unloading, liaison with shuttle bus drivers, tour guides/drivers, and operations supervisors/managers.
- Look after our tour and shuttle bus parking lots

**Who you are**:

- One (1) year of Guest service experience in the tourism industry,
- Work effectively under pressure and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment,
- Ability to handle high volumes of vehicle traffic and guest-related interactions with professionalism
- Positive, proactive, and energetic personality
- Must have a passion for guest service, the city and its many sights
- Knowledge of transit routes and the greater Vancouver area is a strong asset,

**Considerations**:

- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
- While performing the duties of this position, Team Members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time
- Working outdoors in all types of weather
- Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20lbs
- Occasionally required to lift and climb a step ladder or step stool
