**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and layout.
- Construct frameworks for buildings using wood or metal studs, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Perform concrete forming tasks to create foundations and other structural elements.
- Finish concrete surfaces as required, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
- Restore or repair existing structures as needed, maintaining quality standards.
- Operate heavy equipment safely when required for lifting or moving materials.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter or framer in the construction industry.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques is preferred.
- Experience with siding installation is a plus.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools related to framing tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks consistently.
