**Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc.**is a provider of US and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting and Supply Chain Logistics, which includes parcel and courier services.

Based out of Winnipeg MB, we are seeking **Class 1 Drivers to complete weekday P & D within Winnipeg and Southern Manitoba in various sized vehicles including vans, 1 Ton, 3 Ton, 5 Ton and tractor trailer units.**

This is a full time permanent role from Monday to Friday.

The Driver must be confident, drive safely and within speed limits within their designated routes. Loading and unloading of freight, maintaining trip sheets/freight documents/manifests/BOL’s, following health and occupational safety regulations; as well as ensuring the safety, security, and prompt delivery of the cargo while on route is imperative.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Safely and promptly service client pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Load, unload, and organize freight at client facilities or warehouse.
- Lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
- Use hand dollies, pallet jacks, or hand-bombing to move freight.
- Adapt workday based on freight volume.
- Follow assigned or modified delivery routes from Dispatch.
- Maintain trip sheets, freight documents, and manifests.
- Use GPS, cell phones, and handheld tracking devices/apps.
- Adhere to safety regulations, Manitoba traffic, and DOT guidelines.
- Use personal phone for GPS and communication with dispatch.
- Coordinate with other drivers for load transfers and freight updates.

**Qualifications**:

- **Valid Class 1 license and clean driver abstract.**:

- Experience driving a 5-ton vehicle with tailgate or smaller (asset).
- **Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.**:

- Clean criminal background and bondable if required.
- **Commercial abstract with at least one year of no infractions.**:

- Driver safety rating of Level 1 or higher.
- Safety-toed shoes required.
- Ability to back into loading docks confidently.
- Participate in random drug and alcohol testing.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and communication).
- Knowledge of log books, trip sheets, and freight documents.
- Comfortable using technology for communication and navigation (smartphone, GPS).
- **Familiarity with Winnipeg and Southern Manitoba**.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
