**Responsibilities**:

- Provide emotional and practical support to clients.
- Assist clients in setting and achieving goals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Understand the principles of person-centered planning and support.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, etc.
- Help clients access community resources and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)

Shift availability:
