**What You’ll Do**:

- **Deliver outstanding customer service** by building trust and lasting relationships.
- **Collaborate with our management team** to sharpen your sales skills and achieve your goals.
- **Participate in continuous training** to stay ahead in a fast-paced industry.
- **Meet and exceed sales targets**—both personal and dealership-wide.
- **Engage customers** with professional greetings, informative consultations, and personalized recommendations.
- **Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds** that showcase the value and features of our vehicles.
- **Present competitive offers and pricing** with confidence and transparency.
- **Follow up diligently** to ensure every customer receives the service they deserve.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive, self-motivated individual with a passion for helping people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales experience is an asset—but not required We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
