As a vital member of our Music Production team we expect you to have the following skills - Operational understanding of audio systems in a live music environment - Ability to preset stage prior to artist arrival - High level of show etiquette and professionalism - High level of organizational ability - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced stage environment - Applicable knowledge of various on stage items including but not limited to instruments, microphones, monitors and cables - Knowledge and competency on other show aspects such as lighting and video **What we need you to have ** - Minimum 1 year experience running audio, video and or lighting systems in a venue or festival setting - Right to work in Canada - Ability to work on your feet for a full shift - Ability to work at height - Ability to lift or move up to 60 pounds regularly - Able to work flexible hours especially on show days. - A winning attitude **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Part-time hours: 40 per week **Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Company events - Discounted or free food - Flexible schedule - Store discount Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Every Weekend - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Night shift - On call - Weekend availability - Weekends only Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Kelowna, BC V1Y 1Z9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Live Music: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - First Aid Certification (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred) - Night Shift (preferred) Work Location: In person
